If you’re looking for real people that handles your needs fast then dream assurance is the way to go. Micheal Moran is probably the best insurance agent I’ve ever had. “Mobile” generally refers to homes built before June 15, 1976. “Manufactured” homes are built after that HUD date. “Modular” homes are built in factories but to local state building codes, similar to site-built homes. We insure all three.

Yes, if you are in a flood zone (or even if you aren’t). Standard mobile home policies exclude flood damage. We can write a separate policy through the NFIP or private carriers to protect you from rising water.
Actual Cash Value (ACV) deducts depreciation for age and wear. If your 10-year-old home burns down, an ACV policy might only pay half its replacement worth. Replacement Cost pays what it costs to buy a new comparable home today, without deduction for depreciation.
Absolutely. We have specific programs for homes in managed communities (parks) as well as homes on private land. Being in a park often qualifies you for additional discounts depending on the park’s rating.
